YOU NEED:
rice paper, at any grocery store
cucumber, pepper, green onion, cilantro
cream cheese
pickled ginger
asian chili sauce or sriracha
1. dampen a cloth or paper towel, put onto rice paper to make soft.
2. slice cucumber, peppers, green onion, and cilantro. shrimp or chicken is completely optional.
3. mix together 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili sauce with 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese.
4. onc rice paper is soft, roll with fillings.
5. mix 2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, and garlic.
6. serve!
