Italian Potato Salad


1. boil patotoes, slices into chunks.
2. toss with peppers, onions, tomatoes, mozzarella, pepperoni, if needed. 
4. toss with italian dressing: basil, olive oil, salt, pepper, balsamic, garlic, parsley, capers, lemon juice.

serve! with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
