Italian Broccoli Salad
1. chop up broccoli florets, toss with tomatoes, almonds or walnuts or pine nuts, and red onion.
2. toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and lemon juice. salt and pepper to taste.
3. you can always add cheese or meat!
