Make vegetables YUMMY.
YOU NEED:
french green beans, cut off ends, blanched for 5 mins.
almonds, slivered or grated
garlic
oil, balsamic
salt and pepper
parmesan as garnish is optional
1. blanch green beans.
2. in a pan, heat some olive oil and sautee some minced garlic.
3. throw in beans, sautee, add almonds and turn down heat so as not to burn.
4. once cooked through, add a bit of balsamic, cook off, turn off heat.
5. serve, garnish with more almonds and [optional] parmesan
