Ingredients
- 1 medium sized head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 1/2 cup egg or substitute
- 1/2 cup all-purpose whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2/3 cup hot sauce or buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp light butter or margarine
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a small baking dish with nonfat cooking spray.
- Place eggs/sub in one small bowl, and in a separate small bowl, combine flour, onion powder and garlic powder.
- Dip each piece of cauliflower into egg and then coat evenly
with the flour mixture, and then place into the baking dish.
- Place into oven and bake until cauliflower becomes tender.
- In a small sauce pan, melt butter or marg and then mix in hot sauce. Heat until combined and warm, just a minute or two.
- Remove cauliflower from oven and pour ½ of the hot sauce mixture
over the cauliflower. Put back into the oven and bake for another 5-10
minutes.
- Serve immediately

1/4 cup blue cheese
1/4 cup light mayo
pepper, green onion, chives
lime juice
