Sour Cherry & Balsamic Sauce


Great for chicken, pork, any meat, or even duck. 

1. in a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon butter and 2 cloves minced garlic.
2. add a handful of two sour cherries, pitted.
3. add fresh parsley, sprigs of fresh rosemary, 1 tablespoon honey, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, and 1 tablespoon water. 
4. add a dash red wine, simmer until thick.

put on chicken, duck, sandwiches, anything!
