1. Fry chicken in teriyaki or hoisin sauce. set aside.
2. toss cabbage or coleslaw mix with onion, carrot, lettuce.
3. mix together 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon wasabi, a bit of grated ginger, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, salt and pepper.
4. toss salad with dressing.
5. top with chicken, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro.
