Meditteranean Feta & Onion Veggie Gratin

1. grease a baking dish.
2. preheat oven to 400 F.
3. lay out zuchini, sliced onion, and tomato.
4l mix together 1/4 cup greek yogurt, oregano, lots of garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice
5. top with feta and thyme. 
6. bake for 20-30 mins.
