Asparagus Gratin


1. get a baking dish.
2. briefly boil asparagus.
3. preheat oven to 400 F. 
4. lay out asparagus and coat with olive oil or butter, salt, pepper, and garlic. you can also add rosemary, thyme, or fresh parsley. 
5. top with parmesan, mozzarella, and/or cheddar.
6. sprinkle with breadcrumbs or crushed crackers for crispiness.
7. bake for 20-30 minutes until cheese has melted and browned.
