1. heat a saucepan with oil. add 3 cloves garlic, peeled shrimp, mushrooms. salt, pepper, seasoning. fry until done [onuions are good, too]
2. toss mixed greens with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic.
3. dump on fried shrimp mixture.
add tomato sauce to shrimp?
Cheese and olives?
Omit seafood. sautee veggies in balsamic.
