Roasted Potatoes with garlic, thyme, & parmesan

Get your potato fix, the non-deep fried way.

1. peel and slice some yukon gold potatoes. I like thinner, better.
2. mix together 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic.
3. preheat oven to 400 F. 
4. toss potatoes with garlic oil, lay out seperately on parchment paper.
5. top with dried thyme, and parmesan cheese.
6. bake for 20 mins or more, until desired crispyness is achieved.
