Grilled Asparagus with Balsamic & Feta

I said grilled, but you can bake them too.

1. break off crunchy ends of asparagus, throw out. chop into bite sized pieces.
2. mix together 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 2 cloves minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. bake, or skewer and barbeque. 
4. top with some ground pepper, oregano, and feta cheese!

OR. goat cheese is great too.
