Baked Crab Cakes


No frying required.

1. In a food processor, combine 500 grams fish, crab, or both, with 2 sprigs green onion, salt, pepper, dill, chili powder to taste, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon bread crumbs, 1 clove minced garlic, and an egg yolk.
2. make patties.
3. coat in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs.
4. bake for 10 minutes at 400 F, flip, another 10.
5. serve with aioli!
