1. in a saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 tablespoon ketchup, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 3 cloves minced garlic, dried parsley and oregano to taste, and 2 tablespoons honey. heat on medium.
2. mix in 2 tablespoons water mixed with 1 tablespoon corn starch to thicken. for spice, add chopped roasted red pepper or red pepper flakes.
3. slather onto kabobs, meat or vegetable, even chicken wings, store the rest.
