Rosemary Chicken with Brown Sugar & Butter

A delicious way to season and cook plain chicken breast!

1. get chicken breast, marinate in olive oil and lemon juice.
2. mix together 2 tablespoons soft butter and a couple sprigs or fresh rosemary, and make rosemary butter. [make more, store the rest, as butter]
3. preheat oven to 400 F.
4. place a spoonful of rosemary butter on top of chicken, make slight cuts into chicken to let the butter seep in while baking.
4. bake for 35-45 minutes.
5. ready!
you can substitute butter for balsamic vinegar, for extra sugary, caramelized-ness
bake in a dish with potatoes, zuchini, onions, and pepper
leftovers make divine sandwiches. pair with goat cheese, dijon, basil or tomato.
