Grilled Peach & Prosciutto Salad

1. grill or fry peaches until tender.
2. toss arugula with prosciutto or ham or bacon, and peaches.
3. season with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and basil.
4. top with goat or feta cheese.
