Fried Chorizo and Mushroom Salad with Feta


1. toss fresh greens or spinach in lime juice and a bit of oil.
2. in a saucepan, heat a bit of oil. chop up chorizo, fry, drain half the oil, add  chopped mushrooms. then add a packet of taco seasoning, or just use garlic, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. 
3. for spice, also fry up some jalapenos or even [gasp] habaneros.
4. top salad with chorizo/mushrooms, sprinkle with a bit of feta.
