Thai Rice & Sausage

YOU ONLY NEED:
sausage, raw, marinated in thai curry, lime juice, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper.
basmati or brown rice
some herbs and salad: cilantro, basil, arugula is my pick. 
OPTIONAL: crushed peanuts, fresh green mango

1. marinate sausage for about an hour. i suggest chicken or beef. thai don't like dem porks. fry until done.
2. fry ig you want with onion, bokchoy, bell pepper. add garlic, ginger, curry paste,red pepper flakes,  and lime if needed.
3. is rice cooked? do so. 
4. serve on rice, garnish. soy sauce or peanut sauce or chili sauce or plum sauce.... amazing!
