BALT salad

BLT, deconstructed!

YOU NEED:
2 plum tomatoes, chunked
8 slices bacon, chunked
2 avocados, chunked
lettuce, sliced
onion, olives, cheese optional
croutons
DRESSING: lime juice, a bit of cayenne seasoning, salt, pepper, olive oil
