"Home Fries"
Oh, the Home Fry.
You can bake these to make them healthier, or fry them in olive oil.
1. chop potatoes into cubes, leaving skin on.
2. toss in 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tablespoons paprika, 1 teaspoon salt or more to taste, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 teaspoon onion powder.
3. VICKY TIP: add 1 teaspoon or 2 tomato sauce for added zest.
ALSO: consider adding any kinds of spice. Cayenne, Chipotle, even Cumin for a non-bland potato. yes, that exists.
ALSO: herbs, anyone? fresh parsley works wonders.
ALSO: you can add mushrooms, onions, and even bacon. YUM!
