Orzo Salad with Basil Pesto & Pine Nuts


1. Boil Orzo, drain.
2. Toss in Basil pesto [check my recipe to make, or buy it]
3. chop up a red onion, tomato is optional
4. toast some pine nuts in olive oil, gently.
5. parmesan cheese is optional.
6. cool before serving.
