Buffalo Spring Rolls


Easy and relatively low in calories and fat! Great food for summer potlucks and barbeques. 

1. cook chicken or useleftover chicken, shred or slice into small chunks and toss with your favourite spicy wing sauce, or BBQ sauce. Add a bit of hot sauce for extra spice. 
2. get spring roll wrappers, fill with chicken mixture and  crumbled blue cheese.
3. preheat oven to 400 F.
4. roll up wrappers and lightly brush with oil.
5. bake for 15-20 mins on each side until crispy.
