Grilled Meditteranean Vegetables

Really Simple.

1. get zuchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, eggplant, whatever other vegetable you enjoy.
2/ make marinade: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon  dry oregano, 3 cloves minced garlic, salt, pepper.
3. use it all up, or more, on vegetables. grill, bake, or fry.

WORTHY ADDITIONS:
cook with feta, fresh parsley, lemon slices, parmesan cheese.
