Basic Garlic & Herb Barbeque Marinade

You need SOME kind of marinade for your barbeque. The classic, grilled garlic shrimp, chicken, or veggies will do the trick.

*this makes a lot, but it's assuming you're making lots of BBQ. 
MIX TOGETHER:
6 cloves minced garlic.
1/2 melted butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
finely chopped fresh parsley, a handful or so
1 teaspoon dry oregano
salt, pepper, to taste

GRILL STUFF, while slathering on the marinade.  LIKE?
ZUCCHINI. Or mushrooms, or tomatoes, or eggplant, or peppers, or onions.
CHICKEN BREAST. Lean, versatile, classic. 
SHRIMP. The best, with garlic. Also, try scallops, crab, lobster, any fish, crawfish, any seafood. this is a match made in heaven. 

ALSO: you can put this on clams, oysters, and even escargot. garlic goes with everything, but you know that already.
