2 More Sushi Rolls

FIRST OFF: let's go over making sushi rice, and sushi.
YOU NEED:
sticky sushi rice, only that
bamboo wrap
cling or plastic wrap
seaweed sheeds [Nori]
filling
a hot knife to cut.

SUSHI RICE:
1. boil 1 cup sushi rice with 1/2cup water. drain, until cool.
add 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablesoon sugar, and a pinch of salt.
this should make 3 rolls, double for more.


ROLLING SUSHI: lay bamboo, top with cling-wrap and a seaweed paper [Nori]
spread on rice, 3/4 on, add filling.
roll, carefully, not to roll in the cling wrap. put do it tightly.
cut with a hot knife.
TERIYAKI CHICKEN ROLL: 
fry up chicken breast with teriyaki sauce [make or buy]
cool, put in roll with avocado, green onion, sesame seeds, avocado, and cucumber
roll up
there you have it.

DYNAMITE ROLL: 
bread shrimp in flour, egg, and panko. Bake or fry, making tempura.

Spicy mayo [sririchra or chili paste & may0] with shrimp, avocado, cucumber, green onion
