Salmon Salad

An easy way to use up a can of salmon.

YOU NEED:
some lettuce, tossed
1 tomato, sliced or quartered 
1 can salmon, drained
OPTIONAL: onion, olives, walnuts, cucumber, radicchio

vinaigrette:
2 tbs lemon juice, 3 tbs olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, garlic
