Greek Breaded Snapper


Snapper! A great fish, perfect for greek flavouring.

1. get a filet of snapper. coat in flour, then egg/lemon juice mix,  then breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
2. preheat oven to 400 F. 
3. bake for 20-30 mins, flipping once. you can include lemon wedges and garlic cloves for extra flavour to seep in. 
4. serve with roasted potatoes and greek salad. healthy and satisfying!
