Baked Spicy Spinach, Artichoke & Asiago Dip


1. preheat oven to 350 F. 
2. cook artichoke hearts, chop up. do the same with spinach. 
3. mix artichokes with 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon cream cheese [all low fat if you can get it] 3 cloves minced garlic, spinach, and 1/4 cup grated asiago cheese, salt and pepper.
4. bake for 10-15 mins until melted and creamy.
5. serve with veggies and chips.
