Thai Fishcakes


Thai seasoning goes very well with seafood. 

1. pick salmon, tuna [canned or fresh] crab, shrimp, lobster, or any fish, basically. Cook if needed and shred.
2. mix 1 cup shredded seafood with 1/.4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg. add in 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 teaspoon chili sauce, chopped cilantro, 1 teaspoon soy sauce,  1 teaspoon lime juice, and 1 tablespoon crushed peanuts, with grated onion and ginger, and 2 cloves minced garlic. 
3. form into patties.
4. bake or fry on both sides until golden.
5. serve with peanut dip, chili sauce, plum sauce, your favourite asian hot sauce, anything.
