Creamy Mushroom Ravioli


1. MAKE SAUCE: simmer 1 tablespoon butter with garlic, add mushrooms 2 tablespoons vegetable or chicken broth, 1/4 cup low fat sour cream. add a bit of corn starch if not thick enough.

2. Fill ravioli and boil.
best fillings? 
Swiss cheese, Ham & Onion
Ricotta & Spinach
Bacon, Cheddar & Green Onion
Asiago, Artichoke & Bacon
Crab, Cream Cheese & Garlic
Caramelized Onions & Feta
Parmesan, Sausage & Parsley
