Pan Lasagna


A lower fat and lower difficulty take when you NEED lasagna. 

1. boil lasagna noodles or any noodles, drain, chop into smaller pieces if using lasagna.
2. in a pan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. heat 2 cloves minced garlic, onions, mushrooms,peppers, and whatever other vegetable you want to use.
3. add 1 can tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons cream cheese, fresh basil, and any other herb, simmer. 
4. add pasta and toss. 
5. finally add 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella.
6. top with parmesan and basil

PAIR WITH: a dry, italian red wine of course!
