Breakfast Dip


You don't need to make a fancy omelette, make this easy dip instead!

1. boil 3 eggs hard, cool, and peel.
2. mash up eggs, add a couple sprigs green onion, 2 tablespoons low fat mayo, 1 tablespoon mustard, and 1 tablespoon spicy salsa only if you want some spice. mix in 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese.
3. serve with bread, top with ham, bacon, and/or grated cheddar and fresh green onion.

PAIR WITH: coffee, this is breakfast after all.
