Super easy, cheesy, healthy and delicous.
1. get mini-pitas, english muffin halves, or any small bread thing.
2. smear with olive oil and minced garlic.
3. preheat oven to 300 F.
4. top with a slice of tomato, goat cheese, fresh parlsley or basil. OPTIONAL: caramelized onions, olives, yum.
5. salt and pepper, bake for 15-25 mins.
