So you're craving buffalo wings. Those are terrible for you, by the way. Chances are you're mostly wanting the tangy BBQ sauce, and Blue Cheese Dip of course.
HEALTHIER? and vegetarian.
YOU NEED:
firm tofu, in chunks.
BBQ sauce, make, or buy. I'll post a recipe later.
BLUE CHEESE DIP: Crumbled blue cheese, 1 tablespoon mayo, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder to taste, topped with green onion.
1. Fry or grill tofu, dousing in BBQ sauce. this might get messy. Make sure it's firm tofu, it'll turn to mush otherwise. You can even bread it first!
2. Make blue cheese dip.
3. serve, with a mini fork or toothpick to save from sticky fingers.
