Baked "Fried" Calamari

FRIED CALAMARI IS AWESOME. with dips, as am appetizer.... you can make it at home and bake it to save on tons of calories and fat.
1. preheat oven to 400 F.
2. get calamari rings or fresh squid, wash, dry.
3. dunk calamari in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs.
4. bake for 15 minutes, flip, then bake for another 10 until crispy. 

serve with garlic dip, spicy chili sauce, tomato salsa, wasabi aioli, lemon juice, etc.
