Sour Cream Tzatziki


Ditch the traditonal yogurt and use sour cream for a thicker,creamier tzatziki.

MIX TOGETHER
500 mls low fat sour cream
4 cloves finely minced garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 seedless, peeled and chopped cucumber
salt and pepper
