Creamy Chicken Nuggets with Pancetta & Parmesan


1. cut chicken into chunks,  sear chicken until outside is cooked. 
2. mix together 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup grated parmesan, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. preheat oven to 400 F.
4. coat chicken with sauce, wrap in bacon. 
5. bake for 20-30 mins.
