Cordon Bleu Pasta Bake


A normally sinful dish, lightened up. Ham, Chicken, and Cheese... could there be more?

1. boil pasta, drain.
2. preheat oven to 400 F.
3. grease a baking dish or line with paper.
4. mix together 1/4 cup gruyere or swiss cheese [grated] with 1/4 cup sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic, and chives or parsley. 
4. toss pasta in sauce.
5. chop up some cooked chicken and cooked ham. thrown in the mix and toss.
5. finally, top with breadcrumbs or crushed crackers and bake for 20-30 mins until browned. 

OPTIONAL: broccoli, celery, cauliflower, spinach....
