Wasabi-Soy Avocado & Sirloin Salad


A chunky, spicy and delicious salad. Great way to use leftover steak, too.

1. Use leftover steak, or grill or fry steak with a soy-ginger glaze, medium rare is best. Cool. 
2. Chunk ripe avocados. Add steak.
3. make dressing: 1 tablespoon wasabi [more or less, to taste, maybe add as the last ingredient] with 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 clove minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon honey. Add some grated ginger for extra zest.
4. toss, garnish with sesame seeds and Tobiko if you can find it.
