Thai Omelette & Lettuce Rolls


Mmm, healthy and low fat!

1. get iceberg or romaine, peel and have wraps. 
2. fry beaten eggs with sesame oil, salt, pepper.
3. other optional wrap fillings: fried chicken, beef, tofu or seafood, shredded carrots, green onions, bell peppers.
4. wrap, serve with spicy mayo or sriricha aioli or peanut dip.
