Grilled Romaine with Caesar Drizzle


For the first time, Barbeque and Salad are all in one!

1. get hearts of romaine lettuce, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and grill slightly. 
2. meanwhile, mix together 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese with 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 teaspoon anchovy paste, 3 cloves minced garlic, salt, pepper.
3. serve romaine hearts drizzle in sauce. bacon bits and extra cheese are optional.
