Shrimp Salad Sandwich


Opt out of the chicken salad, make shrimp salad instead!

1. get 1 cup cooked shrimp, chop into small chunks.
2. mix with 2 or 3 tablespoons low-fat mayo, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon dijon or normal mustard. 
3. mix with chopped celery, green onion or chives. add a small handful chopped fresh parsley. 
4. season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
5. serve, on sandwiches, crackers, or whatever!
