Bacon & Tomato Sauce


An amazing sauce for pasta or meat.

1. heat 1 tablespoon olive oil, add in 2 cloves minced garlic, chopped onions, and sliced bacon. cook until done and crispy. add in 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup tomato sauce. 
2. simmer, season with salt, pepper, and herbs of your choice. olives and basil?
3. boil pasta if using, drain.
4. use sauce in any and every way! top with parmesan cheese.
