Warm Greek Asparagus Salad


1. trim off tough ends of asparagus. boil for 5 minutes.
2. drain, preheat oven to 350 F.
3. lay asparagus out on a baking tray.
4. toss some chopped or cherry tomatoes with some crusty bread in olive oil, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
5. top asparagus, bake for 10 minutes.
6. add on feta cheese, crumbled. bake for another 10 minutes.
7. top with fresh parsley and chives.
