Thai Green Curry with Snow Peas & Chicken


1. In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil. add 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 inch grated fresh ginger. 
2. add chicken slices, stir until browned and smelling amazing.
3. add sliced onions, snow peas, green bell peppers. and mushrooms. add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon green curry paste or 2  [or more for spice, add a chopped chili pepper]
4. add 200 mls light coconut milk and 1 tablespoon chicken or vegetable broth. 
5. simmer until thick. if not thick enough, add 1 tablespoon corn starch or flour, and let simmer. 
taste, adjust. 

serve with rice. 

or ramen or rice noodles. 


top with peanuts, green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro
