Scallops with Garlic & Bacon


If you're wary of trying a certain food, just wrap it in bacon! But, this is a classic.

1. get fresh sea scallops. marinate for 1 hour or more in lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and a bit of balsamic for sweetness. fresh or dry parsley is optional.
2. wrap in bacon. skewer to hold, with wood, bamboo, or metal sticks. 
3. brush on leftover marinade.
4. grill, bake, or fry. 
* grilling should be obvious when done.
* baking, less so. once browned-ish, flip, after 15-20 mins or so, and bake more.
* frying should be rather obvious too.
