Pigs In A Poncho


So basically, lightened up "hot dogs", mexican style, can be made vegan or vegetarian. With mexican goodness!

VEGANS: tofu hot dogs, and vegan cheese
VEGETARIANS: the same, with normal cheddar or mozzarella or pimento cheese
HEALTHY: chicken or turkey wieners
CLASSIC: hot dogs, beef or pork.
EXTRA SPICY: spicy hot dogs, with added hot peppers and pickled onions

1. cook wieners. set aside. 
2. get corn or flour tortillas. top with avocado, beans, sour cream, tomatoes, adobo sauce, salsa of any kind, guacamole, anything mexican and delicious. also, sautee vegetables such as peppers, onions, with taco or fajita seasoning. grate cheese and keep aside. 
3. preheat oven to 350 F. 
4. assemble wraps: sauces, sauteed veggies, hot dogs, and cheese. wrap up. 
5. bake for 20-30 mins.
6. serve!
