FUN FACT: Gyros is pronounced YEE-rohs. woah. mind blown.

You don't need a big rotisserie stick, after all. You can bake it!

1/2 cup to a cup fine breadcrumbs.
3 tablespoons fresh parsley
1/2 tablespoon chopped rosemary
1/2 tablespoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
3 or 4 cloves minced garlic
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon cumin
a bit of salt and pepper

1.preheat oven to 350 F.
2. mix together meat mixture with everything.
3. place meat in a lightly greased loaf pan. press in.
4. using a spatula, seperate the edges from the pan, slightly.
5. bake for about an hour.
6. remove from oven, cool for a bit, remove from pan. refrigerate.
7. before serving, slice into gyro-like slivers. fry up in a bit of oil just to brown the edges.
8. serve with tzatziki!
