Meditteranean Bake with Feta, Tomatoes & Olives


you can also use this as a bruschetta topping, pizza topping, dip, or serve on its own. It's that good.

1. preheat oven to 400 F.
2. grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
3. toss some cherry or grape tomatoes with olives, in 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. add1 tablespoon balsamic for caramelizing purposes. 
4. add generous chunks or feta cheese, toss, season with 3 cloves or so minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley. 
5. bake for 25-30 mins until cheese has browned.
6. serve with pita, on bruschetta, pizza,  on burgers, on meat, on pasta, etc.
