Gnocci with Seafood & Basil Cream Sauce


An easy and healthy skillet dinner to satisfy your pasta craving.

1 heat a bit of olive oil, roast some minced garlic.
2 toss in shrimp, vegetables [asparagus or broccoli is best]
3 season with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar
4. add in 1/4 cup skim milk, thicken with flour, and some chopped fresh basil and 1 tablespoon lemon juice
5 add gnocchi, toss and simmer until browned.
6. serve with parmesan and fresh basil.
